Yverdon

Spa town and historic center, Yverdon-les-Bains combines culture and relaxation, business and leisure, on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel. With the largest technology park in Switzerland, Yverdon-les-Bains is a business town that hosts numerous seminars. Its Neolithic menhirs, its medieval castle, its 18th century buildings are witnesses of a long history told in the Historical Museum. While the Maison d'Ailleurs, the only science fiction museum in Europe, projects the visitor into an imaginary future. In addition to the built heritage, Yverdon-les-Bains has preserved an exceptional natural heritage with the Grande Cariçaie, the largest lake nature reserve in Switzerland.
